We are looking for new participants!  Ever wanted to learn to quilt? Looking for new friends? Prayers and Squares is a quilting outreach of the Women of Grace. It is the goal of our Prayers and Squares group to offer encouragement to those in our church and community who may be going through a time of physical, emotional or spiritual crisis by making and presenting them with a quilt. Each quilt shows evidence of our love and prayer by the knots tied throughout the quilt. While we work to make each quilt a special work of art, our emphasis is on the prayers that are offered to our Lord on the recipient’s behalf.

Quilts are made at the request of family and friends of those going through hard times with their knowledge and specific request for prayer. The Prayers and Squares group meets twice a month at Grace on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdys of each month from 9 to 11:30am in room 7 for quilting and fellowship. All are welcome to participate regardless of quilting knowledge or sewing experience.
