If you are looking for a service opportunity for yourself or your family, The Women of Grace have several to choose from.
In His Steps: This ministry works with other churches in the Ramona area to provide meals to the less fortunate in our community.
Ways to help out include offering your time, food or monetary donations. To get involved or for questions, please
contact
Jeff McAnally or email your questions to
Women of Grace.
Meals Ministry: This ministry works to
provide meals from time to time for those in our body and
community who are experiencing difficulties with their health or
trials in general. If you enjoy cooking/baking and have a heart
for this type of ministry you may add your name to the list by
calling Carmen Gaines @ 788-6024 or by email at
Women of Grace.
Ramona Pregnancy Care Clinic: RPCC is a pro-life clinic in which women of our community receive much needed testing,
counseling and care during their pregnancy. Staffed by volunteers, there is always room for caring women to get involved in these lives.
To find out more about the RPCC please contact
Anita Krisik or send questions to
Women of Grace.
Operation Christmas Child: From a motorcycle shoe box rally in
Charlotte, North Carolina, to a packing
party at a retirement home in Flagstaff,
Arizona, hundreds of thousands of caring
people across the nation joined forces for
Operation Christmas Child in 2008.While some filled
boxes, others volunteered at the 2,400 drop-off sites
and six regional processing centers. Thanks to all of
these ready hands and warm hearts, almost 4.9 million
gift-filled shoe boxes were collected in the United
States. The addition of more than 3 million boxes from
the United Kingdom, Canada, and eight other nations
brought the total to nearly 8 million!
Will you be part of making 2009 a success?
Shoe box collection will begin Sunday, November 1st.
Short-term volunteers are needed for the month of November. To
help with this ministry please contact
Charmaine Bush @ 788-1770 or send questions to
Women of Grace.
