Mentoring is women encouraging women to grow in Christ through relationships. Mentoring is a one-to-one relationship that focuses on the needs of the mentored participant. It encourages that individual to develop to their fullest potential - spiritually and emotionally. Regardless of age, mature Christian women can be godly role models for other women. Mentoring enriches the life of the mentor as well as the mentee.

Contrary to popular belief, a good mentor is NOT a woman who has it all together and has the entire scriptures memorized... instead, it is a woman who knows she isn’t all together but relies on God to fit the pieces of her life's puzzle together for her. She is open and willing to share How God works in her life and has a hunger to share her life with others.

A good mentee is any woman who desires to grow in Christ! Let's face it, we all want to be "mentee's" and some who participate in Woman to Woman will participate as both a mentor and a mentee...there are no rules to how mentoring has to look only that it should look like a relationship!
